We are seeking motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and current customers, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets. You will represent Mekong with professionalism and dedication, ensuring a positive experience for every customer you contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Outbound Calls.
• Increase your sales conversion Rates.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Must Know Good English.

Important Information:

• Total Expense: There is a Total Expense of $1700 Dollars associated with the relocation and initial setup in Cambodia. This amount will be due after you have arrived in Cambodia and have been picked up by our company driver.
• Visa and Airport Requirements: After obtaining your Visa, you will need to have $1700 Dollars in Cash, as it is necessary to show this amount at the airport upon arrival.
